I thought I should give an update on the firebird project. First let me start by saying that I have several projects going on at the same time and most of them revolve in some way around the firebird build. Mostly in making room for the continued use of the garage. Therefore I haven’t been able to spend as much time directly working on the bird lately. That is hopefully about to change. I placed an order from AMES Performance Friday for the main components left to start the major body work. Up till now I have been focusing mostly on suspension and steering components. With most of that done, I want to get started on the body. I now will have all the parts needed to to the body work and initial build.
